(Private joint stock company) and subsequently, based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated December 23, 2002, its type was changed from (private joint stock company) to (public joint stock company). Pursuant to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated December 17, 2004, its name was changed again from Sobhan Pharmaceutical Company (Public Joint Stock Company) to Sobhan Pharmaceutical Group Company (Public Joint Stock Company). It is located in the stock exchange organization.
